IN PERSON: If you are in Melbourne Australia, Nicco will welcome you to his GYM for 1 on 1 training session, or arrange them at your location. This price ($300) includes:

  • 1 FREE consultation session
  • 4 x personal training sessions 45 minutes each.
  • Nutrition Plan for 1 month
  • All 1 on 1 sessions are limited between 6am – 9am and 12pm-2pm Monday to Sunday. Click here to schedule your sessions before you make the purchase.

ON LINE: Nicco will write your 8 week program and email it through to you with instructions. Regular Skype sessions will follow to ensure you are staying on top of your goals and monitoring your flexibility goals.

What to expect:

  • Nutritional advise (what to eat and what to avoid). No you will not be counting your calories.
  • Combination of Pilates/Resistance/Cardio/Stretching excercises
  • Your legs, glutes and abs/core will be priority at the beginning. Shoulders, arms and back will follow.
  • Sessions commence on time and include a warm up.
  • Stretching will occur in every session.
  • You will be given home exercises to perform.
  • DETERMINED CLIENTS ONLY. It will be a two way commitment.
