The 2 day LIVE course and ONLINE course provides the participants the format and coaching methods in order to successful execute a DanceXtreme® group fitness exercise class. The students will learn the following:

The five elements in order to become a DanceXtreme® instructor, i.e. F.A.C.T.S.™ (Fitness, Approach, Coaching, Technique and Structure)
Instruction on musicality and how to layer/progress dance movement and choreography, safely, and effectively.

-Will understand coaching including advanced techniques.
-The fundamental's of being a Group Fitness Instructor.
-Planning delivery and evaluation of Dance Fitness class.
-Professional effective communication and after sales service, managing clients’ needs and maintaining rapport
-Visual and verbal cueing
-Elements and techniques of dance, applying techniques during the class including progression and adaptation.

The students, upon successful completion of the course, will be able to deliver a safe effective dance fitness class.

LIVE Courses: The live courses are delivered by a Certified LRF Master Trainer. The students in these courses will receive the [P]ass certificate by default if they last the full period of the course. Students can agree to be tested on the material learnt, upon successfully passing the test, the students can receive an [A]ccreditation certificate the same day. This is an added advantage for students wishing to accelerate their Accreditation.

ONLINE Courses: The online course is a theoretical course with multiple choice questions and answers submissions. The tests are not practical.
